kuch aise hi!

A very Happy Diwali to all those who celebrate and
a Happier Diwali to those you don’t so you start celebrating!

Sad Keanu?!

Wow – this has been going on for? Google “sad keanu” and find hundreds and hundreds of results with blogs, plogs, web-pages dedicated to the lets cheer up Sad Keanu cause! It apparently started a few months back when a reporter took a photograph of Keanu Reeves eating a sandwich alone! Since then, it has become a complete rage to photoshop that picture titled “sad Keanu”. By the way, the charming and gracious Mr. Reeves responded, “Well, it sounds like harmless, good clean fun.”

Mr. Reeves talks about this and that: http://nymag.com/daily/entertainment/2010/10/vulture_tells_keanu_reeves_abo.html
Shoe worry of the month!

How can a shoe this cute be so uncomfortable? Before you speak, you must know that it’s a Clarks! These are made to be super confortable! These are sooo cute – perfect for my upcoming trips! I have tried all Dr. Scholl’s remedies.  More home remedies are welcome!

Just Girls

Am I really that careless or are people a bit too paranoid? Ok here is a conversation that occurred between a girl-friend and I while we hung out downtown.
At crossing (without lights):
GF: Dude, I can’t believe you just venture out assuming that the driver will definitely stop.
JM: Why won’t he? It’s a pedestrian crossing; I am a pedestrian. Common sense! Stop! We are losing faith in our fellow citizens for no reason.
GF: You know you have “being too trusting” issues!
JM: And you are over-paranoid.
GF: At least I won’t be the vegetable! Knowing your luck, you won’t really die if hit . . .
JM: Hmmm … I feel like Vegetable soup …

Off to lunch!

Really people! I do the whole prescribed road-crossing thing! How can one always be so skeptical and afraid of things going wrong? Kick back and have a bit o faith in each other! Its the least you can do during this Holiday season =)
